This is Ume reporting after all that drama yesterday, where the former manga group has rather cleanly split into two groups; Those who quit, and those who chose to stay with Anime.rp. But enough of that for now, and let me get into detailing this blog’s direction from now on.

We will be covering illustration tutorials and related information, and also the usual blog fare (editorials, news and reports). With the former objectives of the club in mind, however, this blog will dedicate most of its posts to drawing technique.

This is not to imply that we are experienced artists who are capable of making you an equally skillful artist using mere words, we are probably beginners compared to the better artists out there (I personally have only a little over a year of manga-style illustration experience). We aim to improve through practice, and share what little we are able to teach with the general public. Of course, considering this, we welcome any constructive criticism.
